• Project Oversight – Strategized all project plans, including budgets and day-to-day logistics and facilitated project assessments during the sales cycle.
• Resource Planning – Provided resource forecast of upcoming business, including project scope, and potential resources to aid project and department planning as well as monitored production logistics related to project profitability, studio profitability, resource billability, and resource utilization.
